I only ask cuz I cracked it at last. It will probably be further 7 years who tell me to get to 300 pounds of muscle and only 8.9% body fat. This guy is 285-295 pounds contest and is 6 meters 1 inch. They put a lot of girls, when you try to get in this way. Muscle definition is always interesting to a man to do but not at the top as the champions. natural looking is better.
